Strohwig Industries Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support our precision manufacturing facility in Richfield, WI. In this role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, material handling equipment, and facility systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues, performing routine inspections, completing work orders, and supporting equipment installations. You'll work closely with production teams to minimize downtime while following strict safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role with strong training, growth opportunities, and exposure to advanced machining technology.
