Monday-Friday 5:45am-3:15pm We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the uptime and performance of CNC machinery and facility equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance with a focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability. This is a direct hire opportunity in Richfield, WI. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance on CNC machines
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on equipment
  • Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, lighting, cranes, forklifts, and general building systems
  • Ensure equipment and processes meet all safety standards and regulations
  • Work with aerial lifts and at elevated heights as needed
  • Assist in training junior technicians on maintenance procedures
  • Recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability and performance
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of CNC maintenance and repair experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting capability
  • Experience working with industrial equipment and hand tools
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred
  • Apprenticeship or vocational training background preferred
  • Manufacturing shop setting with moderate noise levels
  • Exposure to moving equipment, oils, and machining byproducts
  • Physically active role, including lifting, climbing, and standing
  • Work at heights may be required
