Maintenance Technician III (Weekend Nights)
Location:
Ripon, WI (On-site)
Shift:
Weekend Nights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM)
Compensation:
Base (Commensurate with experience)

Our Ripon-based manufacturing facility is seeking an expert-level Maintenance Technician to join our weekend team. We offer a stable, successful, and fast-paced environment where your technical expertise is valued, and your growth is supported by a team dedicated to excellence. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Expert Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair complex production machinery, including advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, pumps, and conveyor systems.
Mechanical Maintenance:
Use precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools to maintain equipment according to diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
Data-Driven Performance:
Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify trends, recommend downtime reduction strategies, and manage work orders through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Equipment Preparation:
Lead the setup and technical testing of new machinery to ensure full operational safety and efficiency.
Fabrication:
Perform welding and mechanical repairs as needed to support ongoing maintenance activities. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Education:
Associate degree (Two-year) in Electromechanical Technology or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Technical Skills:
Expert-level ability to read technical diagrams and troubleshoot electromechanical systems.
Computer Proficiency:
Ability to utilize CMMS software for part searches and work order management.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, bend, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Compliance:
Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
