SUMMARY:
Bear Real Estate Group is looking for a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to support our stunning, Mariner property located in St. Francis, WI. You will work amongst a team of professionals within a breathtaking community with premium amenities. •Up to 2, 000 Sign‑on bonuses apply only to candidates hired through direct application channels and do not apply to agency‑submitted candidates.• You'll be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep and functionality of the property, including residential units, common areas, and building systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to service requests and work orders from residents and management. Conduct inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and resolve issues. Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs. Maintain grounds and common areas, including trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Assist with emergency maintenance as needed, including after-hours on-call duties. Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies. Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. 2+ years of experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Valid driver's license Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision. Detail oriented.
