We are always looking for talented individuals seeking to build a career and join the Wixon family. Wixon has an immediate opening for a Senior Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated production equipment, including robotic systems, packaging machinery, and integrated control systems. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems Program and maintain PLC systems and HMI interfaces Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems and end-of-arm tooling Maintain and calibrate sensors, motors, and control systems Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance Assist in training personnel to operate, maintain, and the setup of production machinery and equipment Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate repair records (CMMS) Respond to emergency breakdown situations Qualifications Associate's degree or a journeyman status in Electronic Technology
Automation, Electromechanical Maintenance Technology, Industrial Machine Repair, or related technical field.
