Year-round work | Minimum 40 hours per week About Us We are a growing remodeling and property management company managing approximately 70 apartment units, along with residential renovation and remodeling projects throughout Sheboygan area. We are looking for a dependable, skilled maintenance and remodeling technician who can handle everything from small repairs to full apartment turnovers and remodel projects. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants steady work, independence, and room to grow with a fast-moving company. Responsibilities Apartment maintenance and repair work Full apartment turnovers Drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and finish carpentry Kitchen and bathroom remodeling Basic plumbing and electrical repairs Installing doors, cabinets, fixtures, and appliances Troubleshooting maintenance issues independently Maintaining clean and organized job sites Providing daily progress updates and work logs Working efficiently with minimal supervision Qualifications Experience in apartment maintenance, remodeling, or construction Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site Good communication and organizational skills Must have your own tools Reliable transportation required Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy materials Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Experience with multiple trades is highly preferred Preferred Skills Carpentry Flooring installation Tile work Drywall finishing Painting Basic plumbing/electrical Cabinet installation Property maintenance experience What We Offer Steady year-round work Competitive pay based on skill level Opportunity for growth and leadership Flexible work environment
