Maintenance Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operational efficiency
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and other manufacturing machinery
  • Conduct precision measuring and adjustments to maintain equipment within specified tolerances
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and components in compliance with safety standards
  • Perform carpentry and drywall repairs as needed to maintain facility infrastructure
  • Climb ladders and access elevated areas safely to perform maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report on equipment status and repair activities
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment Requirements for
Maintenance:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in mechanical repair and maintenance within a manufacturing setting
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and plumbing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor
  • Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields
  • Experience with precision measuring tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
