Job Description
About us D&A Management LLC is a small business in Sparta, WI. Looking for a dedicated Maintenance Laborer to do a variety of jobs, willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Painting, Carpentry and general maintenance tasks
- Operate Lawn mowers and related equipment
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and sidewalks during winter weather conditions
- Remove snow and ice from designated areas using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Assist with other groundskeeping duties as needed, such as tree care, mowing, and gardening
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of proper snow removal techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance and repairs of equipment
- Ability to operate hand tools for manual snow removal when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
