About The Role We are seeking a reliable Facility Maintenance Technician to coordinate and execute daily facility maintenance functions within our Distribution Center operations. This role works closely with operations and safety teams to identify, troubleshoot, repair, and improve facility systems while supporting preventive maintenance programs and operational efficiency.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday (Day Shift Hours) with flexibility for extended hours as needed. What you will be doing each day: Initiate, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs for the Distribution Center Monitor maintenance supplies, spare parts, and equipment inventory and reorder when necessary Troubleshoot and repair facility and industrial equipment issues Oversee maintenance shop equipment and maintenance-related systems Monitor facility operations to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency Coordinate maintenance and repair work with operations management Assist in identifying opportunities to improve facility performance and reduce operating costs Manage and track work orders and maintenance records through maintenance management systems Support safety initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment We are looking for individuals with: Associate degree in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent work experience preferred Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications Forklift/PIV experience preferred or ability to obtain certification within 60 days Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, climbing, walking, balancing, stooping, and handling materials What we offer: Personal and Professional Development opportunities Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid-Time Off Birthday off with pay Paid Parental Leave Educational Reimbursement Generous product discount 401K retirement plan with company match Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance Long, short term disability insurance Health and Wellness Program Fun company activities - involvement in the community!
