$20- $23 per hour

Schedule:

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Night shifts, Holidays, and Weekends Job Overview Maintenance is crucial for ensuring a smooth operation in our hotel. As a Maintenance Representative, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete minor repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, patching vinyl, painting, and repairs to pipelines, toilets, sinks, kitchen, and laundry equipment. Perform preventative maintenance tasks as per the hotel's schedule. Ensure all assigned equipment is operational for the next day's operations. Monitor and maintain efficiency of equipment and electrical systems including air conditioning controls, guest entrance doors, television sets, and lighting systems. Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms as needed, including cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, and counters. Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor. Qualifications Ability to lift, carry, pull, or push items weighing up to 100-300 pounds.

Physical agility:

frequent standing, moving, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crawling. Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems, and preventive maintenance. Previous hotel experience preferred.
