Full Job Description Job Summary Now Hiring:

Maintenance Technician Tall Oaks Assisted Living of West Allis is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM On-call after hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

Perform general building maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems Complete preventative maintenance tasks Ensure the safety and comfort of our residents by maintaining the facility in excellent condition Respond to maintenance emergencies during on-call hours

Qualifications:

Experience in building or facility maintenance required Maintenance certification(s) preferred or required (based on qualifications) Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Reliable, professional, and compassionate in a senior living environment If you take pride in keeping facilities safe, functional, and welcoming, we'd love to have you on our team.
