Full Job Description Description:

As a Maintenance Technician II , you will build upon your previous experience and skills to contribute to the ongoing success of our maintenance operations. •$500 signing bonus paid after 6 months of employment•You will be responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to: General/Grounds Perform painting tasks and minor drywall repairs. Plumbing Change shower trim/cartridges and replace toilets, wax rings, and surrounds. Check and report water heater issues. Electrical Change outlets and switches, as well as light fixtures and ballasts. HVAC Check common area boilers and diagnose furnace/air handler issues.
Client/Company Impact:
Contribute to general grounds maintenance and painting tasks. Handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Utilize technology platforms for work orders and vendor relations. Participate in on-call rotation and assist with vendor relations. Office Contribution/Leadership Attendance at every All-Company Meetings once a quarter. Active participation in Maintenance Level 10 meetings.
Training Requirements:
Work order management and continued development in maintenance skills.

Exhibits creative problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrates integrity and ownership in communication. Views conflict as an opportunity for improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in maintenance or related field. OSHA 10 and CPO certifications Proficient in maintenance tasks and technology platforms. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
