Founders 3 is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. You would join the team at the The District Apartments in West Bend, WI. Maintenance Technicians play a proactive role in the customer service provided to our clients. We ask our Maintenance team members to have a practical mind and keen attention to details as they develop and execute preventative maintenance plans.

Areas of responsibility include:

Maintain plumbing, heating, alarm systems and in some cases automated building systems Complete manual repairs such as fixing locks, replacing windows, minor plumbing and electrical Conduct general property upkeep including: property walks, landscaping, pest control, painting and light carpentry Perform property inspections and upkeep Prepare building or property reports on computer or tablet

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 to 2 years' facilities maintenance, construction or trade experience General mechanical ability Skilled in the use of hand and power tools A team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to succeed Willingness to teach and be taught Great customer service skills and follow through In good physical condition and have the strength to perform duties essential to perform the job requirements Valid Drive License required Founders 3 is an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action Opportunity Employer
