Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities may include:

General property maintenance Basic plumbing, electrical , and carpentry Grounds and exterior maintenance Preventative maintenance Troubleshooting and completing work orders Assisting with property improvement projects Maintaning a clean and safe property for owners and guests We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and self-motivated Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing a variety of maintenance tasks Able to prioritize and complete assigned work efficiently Professional and respectful when interacting with owners, guests, and coworkers

From $18.00 per hour
