Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of our hotel, event space, and restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to facility maintenance, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and restaurant facilities. Address electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair needs as they arise. Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire codes and maintain records of maintenance work. Monitor and maintain restaurant kitchen equipment and dining areas to meet operational standards. Work closely with hotel management to coordinate major repairs and facility improvements.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in facility maintenance, hospitality maintenance, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays . Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
