This is a full-time, year-round position

$29.42-$37.82
Location:
Lovell, WY Position Overview The Maintenance Tech is part of a team responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment throughout the facility. Essential Functions Maintain process and packaging equipment throughout the facility, including but not limited to pumps, compressors, hydraulics, gearboxes, belt conveyors, scroll conveyors, chains, sprockets, fans, and bearings Perform welding, cutting, and equipment setup and dismantling Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Model strong safety behaviors and serve as a safety leader for the team Skill & Experience Requirements Two year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred Experience maintaining mechanical and process/packaging equipment Basic knowledge of vibration equipment, laser alignment, and oil analysis Proficiency with computer systems; familiarity with LIMS and SAP a plus Ability to manage time effectively and perform well under pressure Strong troubleshooting skills and sound independent judgment Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with others Familiarity with and commitment to company Core Values, safety policies, and quality programs Excellent safety record and reliable attendance Ability to mentor and guide less senior team members Availability to work rotating shifts
