Full-Time About the Role Electrical Maintenance Solutions (EMS) is seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians to join our growing team. If you have experience installing, terminating, and troubleshooting low voltage systems and enjoy working in commercial and industrial environments, we'd love to hear from you. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects while building your career with a company committed to safety, quality, and professional growth. Responsibilities Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low voltage systems. Install and service structured cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic). Install and configure access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and network infrastructure. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications. Perform cable testing, labeling, certification, and documentation. Troubleshoot and repair existing low voltage systems. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. Coordinate with project managers, customers, and fellow technicians to ensure successful project completion. Follow all company safety policies and applicable electrical codes. Qualifications 2+ years of experience installing low voltage systems. Experience with one or more of the following: Structured Cabling Fiber Optics Access Control CCTV Intrusion/Security Systems Network Infrastructure Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in commercial or industrial environments. Preferred Qualifications BICSI certification Fiber termination and testing experience Experience with manufacturers such as Verkada, Avigilon, Lenel, Genetec, Axis, Honeywell, Bosch, or Milestone OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Why Join EMS? $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
