Job Description

This is a 2nd Shift Position. Working Hours are 3:00pm - 12:30am on a 9/80 schedule. Responsibilities Manufacture cable / harness products. Reads and interprets Work Instructions, schematics, wirelists, and drawings. Ensures quality of the hardware is maintained and company procedures are followed. Ensures work is done with completeness, accuracy, adherence to operation sheets, ISO procedures, schedules, and assign tasks. Provides regular communication to shop leads and Work Center management on status and technical issues. Basic Qualifications for Cable and Harness Technician 1 High School Diploma or GED plus a minimum of 5 additional years of education and/or relevant experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, production or logistics. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring. Must be capable of successfully completing certification to
IPC WHMA-A-620
(Cable and Wire Harness Assembly) and
NASA-J-STD.
Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams. Exceptional mechanical/electrical aptitude. ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) and Crimping Experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications for Cable and Harness Technician 1 Graduate from Technical Trade School Current certification to
IPC WHMA-A-620, NASA-J-STD
; or other certifications in electronics assembly and workmanship. Experience with MES applications including workflow, signoff and documentation. Must Have A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring. Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams. Must be capable of successfully completing certification to
IPC WHMA-A-620
(Cable and Wire Harness Assembly) and
NASA-J-STD.
Nice To Have Current certification to
IPC WHMA-A-620, NASA-J-STD
; or other certifications in electronics assembly and workmanship. Experience with MES applications including workflow, signoff and documentation. Graduate from Technical Trade School #Andy1
Pay:
$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
