#88079 Job Description APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a Cable and Harness Technician Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Cable and Harness Technician to join our client's manufacturing team in Gilbert, AZ. This vital role involves the manufacturing of cable and harness products for aerospace applications, supporting cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of innovation. The successful candidate will contribute to the production of reliable, high-quality hardware critical to aerospace missions, working onsite in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Required Skills US Citizenship is required High School Diploma or GED coupled with at least 5 years of relevant experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, or logistics Minimum of 5 years of electrical assembly and wiring expertise Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schematics, wire lists, and drawings Capable of completing

IPC WHMA-A-620

(Cable and Wire Harness Assembly) and

NASA-J-STD

certification Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Experience with Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) procedures and crimping techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Nice to Have Skills Graduation from a Technical Trade School Current IPC WHMA-A-620 and

NASA-J-STD

certifications or equivalent credentials Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications, including workflow management and documentation Knowledge of wiring diagrams and advanced electronics assembly processes Preferred Education and Experience Technical trade school diploma or higher in electronics or a related field Prior certifications related to electronics assembly and workmanship Extensive hands-on experience in cable and harness assembly within aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing settings Other Requirements Availability to work 9×80 schedule, 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 12:30 AM) Ability to work onsite at Gilbert, AZ campus Capable of maintaining compliance with ISO procedures and quality standards Strong communication skills for regular updates to shop leads and management This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading aerospace innovator and make an impactful contribution to the industry.
