Working Hours are 3:00pm - 12:30am Looking for a Cable and Harness Technician to support our Gilbert Manufacturing Center. As a member of the Harness Manufacturing department you'll get to embark on a career putting innovative, reliable, and agile products and ideas into orbit, and beyond. This position will serve on-site at our Gilbert, AZ Campus. Responsibilities Manufacture cable / harness products. Reads and interprets Work Instructions, schematics, wirelists, and drawings. Ensures quality of the hardware is maintained and company procedures are followed. Ensures work is done with completeness, accuracy, adherence to operation sheets, ISO procedures, schedules, and assign tasks. Provides regular communication to shop leads and Work Center management on status and technical issues. Basic Qualifications for Cable and Harness Technician High School Diploma or GED plus a minimum of 5 additional years of education and/or relevant experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, production or logistics. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring. Must be capable of successfully completing certification toIPC WHMA-A-620
(Cable and Wire Harness Assembly) andNASA-J-STD.
