Job Description

Titan Alarm & Fire is seeking an experienced low-voltage field service technician specializing in commercial electronic security systems, IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, and access control systems. This position is ideal for a technician who can troubleshoot complex systems, communicate professionally with customers, and take ownership of service calls from diagnosis through resolution. We are looking for self-sufficient technicians who understand both physical security systems and the networking infrastructure that supports them. What You'll Work On Commercial intrusion systems IP CCTV systems Access control systems Network-connected security devices Troubleshooting PoE, switches, VLANs, and connectivity issues Service and maintenance of existing customer systems System upgrades and hardware replacement Preferred Experience 2+ years in commercial security, alarm, or low-voltage industry Experience with platforms such as Alarm.com, Axis, Ubiquiti, Honeywell, Bosch, DSC, Brivo, Verkada, Avigilon, or similar Strong networking knowledge (IP addressing, PoE, switches, VLAN basics) Experience troubleshooting service issues independently Ability to read system layouts and device documentation Professional customer communication skills What We're Looking For Strong troubleshooting ability Self-motivated and dependable Organized documentation and service notes Ability to minimize repeat service calls Professional communication and customer interaction skills Ability to maintain an organized and properly stocked service vehicle

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
