Ability to lift and carry 100lbs Must be comfortable with heights and be able to climb up to a 20 ft ladder and use scissor lift, boom lift etc. Must be able to crawl through a 2x2 crawl space Must have reliable transportation to job sites that change dailyCore Responsibilities:
Jobsite Management Independently manage jobsites from start to finish, ensuring full project ownership Plan project scope, including cable pathways, materials, labor needs, and timelines Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule and maintain quality Identify potential issues early and resolve them proactively before escalation Crew Leadership & Development Lead, assign, and prioritize daily tasks for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians Maintain productivity, efficiency, and workflow on-site Train and mentor team members on installation methods, standards, and expectations Address performance issues, document corrective actions, and escalate when necessary Communication & Coordination Act as the primary on-site point of contact for customers, contractors, and stakeholders Coordinate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades to ensure project alignment Communicate project updates, schedules, and expectations clearly and professionally Change Management, Quality & Safety Identify, document, and manage change orders and scope adjustments with proper approvals Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, testing, labeling, and cleanliness Enforce safety policies and maintain accurate job documentation, including reports and floor plansJob Type:
