We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cable Assembly Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in wire harness manufacturing, point-to-point wiring, and precision soldering in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, wire, and solder complex cable assemblies and wire harnesses according to engineering drawings, schematics, and IPC standards. Perform mechanical assembly, crimping, stripping, and tinning of wires. Conduct visual inspections and continuity testing using multimeters and automated cable testers. Maintain high quality standards and report any non-conformances or defects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in cable assembly, electronic soldering, or wire harness production. IPC-620 certification Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
