The Cable Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing telecommunications and broadband equipment at residential and commercial locations. Responsibilities Install and activate internet, cable TV, and telephone services. Run and terminate coaxial, fiber optic, and Ethernet cables. Troubleshoot service issues and perform repairs as needed. Test and verify signal quality and equipment functionality. Follow safety procedures and company standards. Complete required documentation and service reports. Provide professional customer service while working on-site. Onboarding Process New technicians will complete a field shadowing period, accompanying experienced technicians to observe installation and service procedures before working independently. Schedule Full-time position Technicians may work 5-6 days per week based on workload and market needs Contractors may choose either: Two consecutive weekdays off, or One weekday and one weekend day off Two weekend days off are generally not available due to higher customer demand on weekends Vehicle Requirements A company vehicle is provided for this position Travel Opportunities Voluntary out-of-state assignments may be available Eligible technicians may receive per diem compensation while working on approved travel assignments Benefits Career growth and advancement opportunities Weekly pay Performance-based bonuses Flexible scheduling options based on market needs Opportunity to travel and work in different states with per diem compensation Pay Production-based pay (piece-rate). New technicians:

approximately $900

• 1,500 per week Experienced technicians: approximately $1,500
• 2,500+ per week Higher earnings are achievable based on performance, efficiency, and workload volume.
