Job Description

Required High School Diploma or GED. 5+ years of experience installing and servicing low-voltage security systems. 2+ years of leadership or crew lead experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of access control, CCTV, structured cabling, and intrusion systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and mobile technology. Preferred Manufacturer certifications (Genetec, LenelS2, Avigilon, Milestone, Brivo, Verkada, etc.). OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification. Lift certification. Networking experience. Schedule & Availability This position requires flexibility based on business and client needs. Travel to customer sites throughout assigned territories. Work overtime, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts when necessary. Carry a Company-issued phone (or approved communication device) and remain reasonably available to respond to work-related calls, service requests, and emergencies, as operational needs require. Travel with limited notice based on operational demands. Report to various job sites rather than a fixed reporting location. Physical Requirements The essential functions of this position require the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods. Climb ladders and work at varying heights. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces. Operate hand and power tools safely. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Safely operate Company vehicles. Benefits
