Job Description

Streamline Fulfillment (Lantech Communications, LLC) is one of the fastest-growing telecommunication companies in the US, serving internet and cable providers with large-scale infrastructure and installation projects. Founded in 2017, we are headquartered in Elk Grove Village, IL and operate across multiple states with a dynamic, multicultural team. Our company is built on operational excellence, teamwork, and a strong commitment to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to lead our cable installation team , oversee and support field technicians performing residential and commercial cable installations. At this role you'll be responsible for day-to-day operations in your assigned area, ensuring high-quality work, compliance with safety standards, and efficient team performance. We're rapidly expanding — and we're looking for strong field leaders to grow with us!
Position type:
1099 contract, full-time.
Location:
Akron, Dayton & Findlay (OH area). Please, note: This position requires a background check and a drug test. This position requires work authorization and a valid DL.
Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years in cable installation, with at least 1 year in a a field leadership or supervisory role. Strong understanding of cable installation standards and best practices. (Knowledge of Metronet / T-Mobile metrics and quality standards will be a significant plus!) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate field teams in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, lead, and support a team of cable installation technicians in the field. Conduct daily job site visits to monitor productivity and quality of installations. Provide hands-on training and guidance to new and existing techs. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards — with the support of our Quality & Safety team. Troubleshoot installation issues and escalate when necessary. Report on performance metrics and help implement continuous improvement initiatives. Why Join Us?
