Position Overview FSS Technologies is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented technician to assist with the service of cutting-edge fire and security systems. Key Responsibilities Assist in the service of security and fire systems hardware. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations. Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits. Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware. Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order. Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. 3+ years of experience in a service role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems. Experience servicing Intrusion, Access Control, and CCTV systems. Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in various environments, including client sites and on ladders. Must be able to work at heights. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. What We Offer Pay range for this role is between $20 and $35
