Job Description Access Control Installation Technician - Baton Rouge, Louisiana Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Installation Technician in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! Earn $20-$28/hr, enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader in low voltage staffing. Apply now!

Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling systems Install access control devices, CCTV cameras, and related equipment Pull and route Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic, and other low voltage cabling Install and support commercial security systems and structured cabling infrastructure Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Work safely on ladders and lifts in commercial and industrial environments Maintain a clean and organized job site while following all safety guidelines Support additional low voltage projects at schools, hospitals, offices, warehouses, and industrial facilities

Requirements :

2+ years of commercial low voltage installation experience Experience with structured cabling, access control, and CCTV systems preferred Ability to terminate and test low voltage cabling Knowledge of telecom and data networks a plus Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and in ceiling spaces OSHA, Lift, BICSI, or manufacturer certifications are a plus Must have basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites within Louisiana as needed Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to grow within the company Why Work with Next Level Technician in Baton Rouge, Louisiana?
