SUMMARY:

JAC Communications Company is seeking an experienced cabling telecom network technician / programmer

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Installation of cabling in new construction projects or existing buildings Cable Terminations•RJ45, Coax, 110 punch-down and fiber connectors Audio/Visual System Installation Camera System Installation Telephone System Installation Door Entry System Installation Testing and troubleshooting

MDF / IDF

Room Build outs. (Equipment racks, ladder rack, grounding, etc.) Installation of cabling pathways (J-Hooks, conduits, etc.) Experienced in the operation of scissor lifts and bucket trucks. BICSI Certifications preferred but not required Electrical experience is a plus but not required Fiber cabling, terminations, & testing ESI phone system (or equivalent) experience / certification Must have experience in ESI installation, programming, service and training. Must have technical skills and knowledge of telecommunications industry and/or installation Experience in VOIP systems would be a plus Hikvision Camera (or equivalent) systems Must have experience in Hikvision camera installation, programming, service and training.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Good communication skills for effective interaction with internal & external customers Must work well with little supervision individually and in a team setting Ability to lift/move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs. Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working in crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
