We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work on-site at residential properties to construct and install infrastructure pathways for cable and media equipment. While general construction experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and the ability to comfortably perform physical labor.

Key Responsibilities:

Pathway Construction:

Install conduits (various sizes/types) and place interior/exterior metal or plastic molding to complete routing pathways.

Equipment Installation:

Mount and install media cabinets of varying sizes inside residential units.

On-Site Access:

Enter individual living units safely and professionally to complete required installations.

Tool Usage & Heights:

Operate small to medium power tools (e.g., drills) and comfortably work from ladders up to 40 feet high.

Site Care:

Maintain high attention to detail and clean work practice.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

General construction, trade, or hands-on labor experience preferred Entry-level candidates with a strong drive to learn are encouraged to apply.

Physical Capability:

Ability to perform manual labor, lift equipment, and work comfortably off standard and high ladders.

Work Ethic:

Strong dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow precise instructions and safety protocols.

Communication:

Clear verbal communication skills.

Reliability:

Punctual and able to manage multi-task assignments effectively throughout the workday.
