Role:
We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented Security Alarm Rougher to join our growing field installation team. You will be responsible for the foundational work of security systems—running and fishing wires, drilling access points, and mounting hardware in both residential and commercial new builds.
Key Responsibilities:
Cable Pulling:
Run, route, and terminate low-voltage cables (Cat5e/Cat6, coax, alarm wire) through walls, ceilings, and conduit.
Equipment Mounting:
Securely install control panels, motion detectors, keypads, door contacts, and camera mounts.
System Testing:
Perform continuity checks on wiring to ensure optimal signal and readiness for final system termination.
Jobsite Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and strictly adhere to all construction and electrical safety standards. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in low-voltage wiring, security systems, or electrical/construction rough-ins Will train if no experience in this field if your are interest in learning a new trade Proficiency with hand and power tools (drills, fish tapes, ) Physical ability to climb ladders and work in various weather/attic environments. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites across the Metro Detroit area.
