Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Cable Assembly Technician who can independently build high-quality cable assemblies from start to finish. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with soldering, cable prep, and working with a variety of connectors and cable types.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, strip, and prep cables to specification Perform soldering (through-hole, connectors, terminals, etc.) Assemble cable harnesses and cord sets based on drawings and work instructions Read and interpret basic prints, wiring diagrams, and BOMs Install connectors, terminals, heat shrink, and labels Perform basic testing and quality checks Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality
Qualifications:
2+ years of cable assembly or similar hands-on experience Strong soldering skills (neat, reliable, and consistent) Experience with hand tools (wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, etc.) Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Good attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred (Not Required): Experience with
IPC/WHMA-A-620
standards Crimping experience (various terminal types) Experience in a small shop or custom build environment Experience operating a
Fork Lift Compensation & Benefits:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
