Lead Security Systems Technician (Access Control / CCTV / Intrusion)

The Opportunity Description Installs, troubleshoots, programs, and tests security systems with minimal supervision. Applies system knowledge across access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion, and visitor management systems. Leads project teams during installations. Ensures quality control and provide exceptional customer service. Takes ownership of projects and track progress through completion.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.

Your Success Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED. 3+ years installing, servicing, and programming commercial security systems, access control, IP-based video systems and intrusion alarm systems. 3+ years of project leadership experience with full supervision responsibility. Certification and experience with one or more access control or security management systems, including Honeywell Pro-Watch, Genetec, Openpath, Exacq, Software House or Avigilon. Strong organizational and communication skills with a process-driven approach. Knowledge of networking and internet technologies. Ability to work independently and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license with clean driving record (MVR).
