We hire craftsmen. At Archway Technology, we're building one of the premier low voltage integration companies in the Kansas City area. Our technicians install the systems that keep buildings connected, secure, and life safe—including structured cabling, fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems. We're looking for professionals who take pride in doing things the right way, even when no one is watching. If you're the technician who labels every cable, installs level conduit, leaves clean ceilings, and refuses to cut corners, we want to talk to you. If you're simply looking for another construction job, this probably isn't the right fit. What You'll Do Install commercial structured cabling systems, including Cat6 and fiber optic backbone cabling Install commercial fire alarm systems Install access control systems, electric locks, and door hardware Install IP video surveillance systems Read construction drawings and coordinate installations with other trades Test, label, and document all installed systems Maintain organized, professional job sites Communicate with customers, general contractors, and project managers in a professional manner Represent Archway Technology with integrity and professionalism every day What We Expect We're looking for technicians who: Show up on time and prepared every day Can work independently without constant supervision Solve problems instead of creating them Care about workmanship as much as production Keep a clean, organized work area Treat customers and teammates with respect Take ownership of mistakes and learn from them Want to become one of the best technicians in the industry Qualifications Commercial low voltage installation experience required Experience installing one or more of the following: Structured cabling Fire alarm systems Access control IP camera systems Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams Strong mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license with a good driving record Preferred Manufacturer certifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Fiber optic termination and testing experience Experience leading small crews or mentoring apprentices What You'll Receive Competitive pay based on experience and performance Company vehicle for qualified technicians Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and paid time off Manufacturer training and certification opportunities Modern tools and equipment Clear opportunities to advance into Lead Technician and Foreman positions Why Archway Technology?
