This is a hands-on installation project involving Ubiquiti/UniFi IP cameras, network cabling and PoE switches . PAY $35.00 per hour - 1099 Independent Contractor This is a project-based contractor position and is not a W-2 employee position.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

You must currently live in the St. Louis, MO area or within reasonable commuting distance of the project. Contractors must have reliable transportation to the project site. No relocation, hotel or travel expenses are provided.

PROJECT SCOPE

The project includes installation of: 36 Ubiquiti G6 Turret IP cameras 6 Ubiquiti

G6-180 IP

cameras 1,200+ feet of network cabling 4 Ubiquiti 16-port PoE switches One PoE switch on each of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th floors Contractors will be responsible for assisting with professional installation, cable routing, termination, labeling, camera mounting, equipment connections and system testing.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Applicants should have hands-on experience with: IP security camera installation Commercial CCTV installation CAT5e/CAT6 network cabling Pulling, routing and terminating Ethernet cable RJ45 termination PoE/PoE+ switches Basic IP networking Network cable testing and troubleshooting Camera mounting and positioning Low-voltage installation Hand and power tools Working from ladders and at various heights Multi-floor commercial installations UBiquiti / UNIFI

EXPERIENCE

Ubiquiti/UniFi experience is strongly preferred. Experience with UniFi Protect, Ubiquiti cameras or Ubiquiti PoE switches is a plus. However, experienced IP camera and structured-cabling technicians without Ubiquiti experience may be considered.

Must be located in or near St. Louis, MO Reliable transportation Own basic installation tools Previous IP camera/low-voltage installation experience Able to work on a multi-floor commercial project Able to work independently and as part of a 4-person crew Dependable and able to report as scheduled Comfortable working at heights Must be able to meet any client-required site access/background requirements Must be willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor at $30/hour
