ABOUT INTEGRITYTECH
IntegrityTech is a Miami-based structured cabling and technology integration firm trusted by national integrators to deliver the digital backbone of modern businesses. We operate across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas, executing high-stakes projects in distribution centers, national hotel brands, industrial facilities, and major retailers. Our reputation is built on clean documentation, technical precision, and crews that show up ready to perform. We are hiring a Low Voltage Field Technician based in Dallas to join our traveling project crew. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who takes pride in their craft and works seamlessly with the rest of the team.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU

IntegrityTech is committed to providing a safe, supportive, growth-driven environment where every team member is trained well, treated with respect, and empowered to build a strong career. We invest in your skill, your character, and your ability to deliver world-class work.
HOW WE DEVELOP TALENT
We grade technicians on six dimensions that reflect what our clients actually evaluate. The first four measure technical execution: copper infrastructure, fiber optic systems, network and systems integration, and technology deployment. The last two measure how you carry yourself: field intelligence (ownership, adaptability, decision-making, documentation) and professionalism (communication, jobsite conduct, coordination, safety). Technical capability earns you a seat at IntegrityTech. Field intelligence and professionalism earn you advancement. You will see structured progression based on demonstrated capability, with specialty recognition for advanced work in domains like OSP, DAS/ERRCS, access control, CCTV, Wi-Fi survey, high-density rack, multi-site rollouts, and Fluke-certified testing. If you want to be measured by what you actually deliver, this is the kind of place that does that.

We publish our pay structure because we believe good techs deserve to know exactly what they are signing up for.
