Responsibilities install and activate Wi-Fi and internet equipment in customers homes run and secure cable lines from utility connections to residential properties use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Climb ladders and work at heights when required Access crawl spaces, attics and other confined areas Troubleshoot service issues and ensure proper installation Provide professional customer service and communicate clearly with customers Requirements Ability to lift and carry equipment and ladders comfortable to work outdoors in various weather conditions comfortable climbing ladders and working in crawl spaces Good communication and customer service skills experience is a plus but training may be provided must have or willing to get: vehicle that can carry a Ladder , Pass a background check and drug test.
