We're hiring motivated Cable / Fiber Installation Technicians to support residential and business telecom installations. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, working independently, and being out in the field instead of stuck behind a desk, this opportunity could be a strong fit. What You'll Do Install and activate fiber optic and coax cable services Perform FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) installations and troubleshooting Install modems, routers, ONTs, and customer equipment Run and terminate fiber and coax cabling Test signal strength and service performance Troubleshoot service issues and complete repairs Educate customers on equipment and services Complete work orders and service documentation Maintain safety and professionalism on every job What We're Looking For 1+ year of cable, fiber, telecom, or field installation experience preferred Experience with FTTH, coax, broadband, or ISP work is a plus Reliable personal vehicle for daily routes Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Able to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs Basic telecom hand tools Strong work ethic and customer service skills Pay & Benefits Earn $1,000
