We are looking for a Senior Alarm/Access Control/CCTV Technician who would be responsible for performing skilled technical work in the installation, maintenance, repair, modification, and testing of access control, closed circuit television (CCTV) and security systems hardware and software. Responsibilities Repairs alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and electronic devices Tests security systems hardware using special testing equipment Operates power tools and uses hand tools to install and repair electronic equipment. Installing, maintaining, repairing, and testing data cable and wiring, electronic door locks, access card readers, door position switches, request to exit detectors, CCTV cameras, and other security systems related hardware Experience with DMP, DSC, Bosch, Honeywell Testing security systems hardware and correcting malfunctions to restore the conformance of the equipment to established standards Installing and relocating security systems equipment Document processes Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings Build positive relationships with customers Qualifications 10+ years Alarm system/Access Control/CCTV installation/repairs Can project manage (both clients and larger projects) Advanced work planning Ability to lift and move at least 50lbs in order to move/install equipment as needed Valid driver's license Senior level troubleshooting, testing, repair, and service technical equipment Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules on occasion Familiarity with mobile tools and applications Ability to stand on your feet up to 8 hours a day Willing and able to frequently travel to neighboring states for up to 4 nights at a time Ability to climb ladders Perks of working for DEM360 Company pays 50% of employee's health insurance premium, 100% of employee's dental and vision premiums Paid trainings, certifications, licenses, etc. Paid Per Diem Paid Holidays and PTO 401k End of year bonus
