This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in telecommunications, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, or data center operations. The technician will assist with installing, routing, labeling, and organizing network cabling while supporting experienced technicians in a fast-paced data center environment. Responsibilities

• Assist with pulling, routing, and securing copper and fiber optic cabling.
• Support installation of network racks, cabinets, and cable management systems.
• Label and organize cabling according to project standards.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform material handling, inventory counts, and equipment staging.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all site safety requirements and company policies.
• Assist senior technicians with cable testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Read and follow simple work instructions, diagrams, and floor plans.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior data center experience required.
• Experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or other hands-on environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $23.

00 - $26.00/hr.
