C‑7 Licensed Low Voltage Subcontractor (TI Projects - Orange County) Kapalua Networks San Clemente, CA Job Details Contract $45 - $65 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Construction plans Low Voltage License Full Job Description Kapalua Networks is seeking a C‑7 licensed subcontractor for tenant‑improvement low‑voltage projects in Orange County, CA.

Scope includes:

Cat6/Cat6A cabling CCTV installation Access control cabling + device install MDF/IDF build‑outs TI cabling for retail, medical, and office spaces

Requirements:

Active California C‑7 license + pocket card Ability to read LV plans Clean workmanship and professional communication Reliable transportation and tools What we provide: Paid plan review Clear scope of work : Fast payment Repeat TI projects in OC, LA, and Inland Empire This is a subcontractor/1099 role. Ideal for solo operators or small LV companies looking for consistent TI work.
