11 (Wi-Fi) Full Job Description CAOTTI specializes in providing Smart Home Technology services and Installation of Nest doorbells, thermostats, indoor/outdoor cameras, surround sound systems, satellite TV equipment, Wi-FI routers and TV mounts. We will train technicians to offer personalized technology to customers, while teaching them how to use and get the most out of the products they've purchased, and connect home technology as we lead the Smart Home revolution

• Installers are driven and focused on exceeding customer expectations with every single job Sales, electrical, maintenance/repair, cable, military, Telco, In-Home security, Dish Network, DirecTV, Cable Installation and/or customer service, sales experience are a plus.

Requirements:

Technicians Need Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate computer skills; intermediate electronics and/or audio/video knowledge is helpful. Technicians provide their own basic tools, and reliable vehicle (White

• Van/Truck) Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, lift over 50 lbs at times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates.

Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, shared holidays and evenings. High school diploma or GED required; college or technical/vocational school a plus. Contractors will be working in the field directly with our customers.

Responsibilities:

Inventory

• maintain accurate inventory and equipment for installations Offer customers Smart home products while earning incentives Conduct site survey
• determine the best positioning of equipment for strongest signal reception. Equipment installation
• place mounts, satellite dishes, Doorbells, Thermostats, TV Mounts, Indoor/outdoor cameras and receivers while ensuring broadband connectivity. Customer education
• review order with the customer and teach them the basics to use and their new service and equipment.

Pay:

Pay Grades are updated every week based on performance (three pay scales) No two-week hold-back on completed jobs and commissions for additional products Sign on bonus pays after 60 completed jobs Tech referrals pay when the new tech completes 60 completed jobs.
