Data center project sites as assigned Position Overview JSE Industries is seeking a detailoriented Electrician Helper to support licensed electricians on data center construction and infrastructure projects. This role focuses heavily on cable pulling, routing, and support of power and lowvoltage systems within missioncritical environments. The ideal candidate is dependable, safetyminded, and interested in developing technical skills in a fastpaced, highstandards setting. Primary Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians with pulling, routing, and organizing power and lowvoltage cable in data center environments Support installation of electrical infrastructure including trays, conduit, racks, and cable pathways Properly stage, label, and bundle cable per project drawings and specifications Assist with conduit installation, including measuring, cutting, bending, and securing EMT and rigid conduit Help maintain bend radius, separation, and routing requirements for data center cabling Set up and break down work areas, ladders, lifts, and material staging zones Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision Read and follow basic blueprints, layout drawings, and work instructions Maintain clean, organized, and FODfree (Foreign Object Debris) work areas Follow all OSHA, sitespecific, and data center safety protocols Report safety hazards, damaged materials, or quality issues to supervisors Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks such as cable pulling and material handling Basic understanding of construction or industrial job site operations Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a structured crew Strong attention to detail and respect for quality standards Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Experience Previous experience in data centers, electrical construction, or lowvoltage installations Familiarity with cable tray systems, ladder racks, and structured cabling Exposure to power distribution systems or critical infrastructure environments Interest in enrolling in or progressing through an electrical apprenticeship Work Environment & Physical Requirements Indoor data center environments with controlled access and strict procedures Standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working overhead for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Required use of PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steeltoe boots Why Work with JSE Industries?
