We are seeking experienced subcontractor crews for the installation of post-tension cable systems and rebar on residential construction projects. We have ongoing work available for qualified contractors who can provide quality workmanship, maintain project schedules, and meet safety requirements. Scope of Work Installation of post-tension cable systems on residential foundations. Placement, tying, and support of rebar per engineered plans and specifications. Layout and preparation of slab and foundation reinforcement systems. Coordination with project superintendents and builders to ensure timely completion. Compliance with all job-site safety standards and quality requirements. Requirements Experience installing post-tension cable and rebar on residential foundations. Ability to read and follow foundation plans and engineering drawings. Own transportation, tools, equipment, and crew. Valid insurance and required licensing (where applicable).
