What You'll Do:

Assist Elite in building its Fiber to the home (FTTH) and Fixed Wireless operations in Texas Perform outdoor work involving ladder use, mechanical knowledge of electrical systems, and working in various weather conditions. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies while providing excellent customer service during installations. Ensure all work meets Texas code requirements Perform and report on your quality Document all work performed accurately in reports and logs; communicate progress or issues to supervisors effectively. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting equipment and team members to job sites.

Requirements:

This job requires the physical ability to perform outdoor tasks including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor during residential installations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely. Ability to operate hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, power tools, and testing equipment like ohmmeters. Proven experience in network installation, telecommunications infrastructure work, or related field service roles. Strong knowledge of fiber splicing techniques and telecommunications network cable installation.
