Entry Level / 0-1 Year TechPlus Solutions is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Cable Technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the low-voltage and telecommunications industry. No previous experience is required—we're looking for people who are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with pulling and routing low-voltage cables in commercial buildings Assist with installation of access control and camera systems Learn proper cable termination, testing, and troubleshooting techniques Assist with installing Wireless Access Points (WAPs) Use hand tools and equipment safely and properly Work with experienced technicians to complete projects efficiently Follow industry standards and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

No previous low-voltage experience required Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work on ladders and perform physical job duties Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to communicate and work effectively with a team Construction, electrical, telecommunications, or technical experience is a plus but not required
