Contractors should be prepared to:
Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, kneel, squat, reach, and work overhead Pull, carry, push, and handle cable and installation materials Work from ladders or lifts when properly authorized and trained Work in active construction and data center environments Wear required personal protective equipment Safely perform repetitive physical tasks throughout production days Project Schedule Projects generally operate on a high-production schedule , with production work typically occurring 6 days per week and approximately 10 hours per production day . Actual project schedules may vary based on project requirements, site conditions, and contractor arrangements. Contractors should be prepared for extended project assignments and a demanding production environment. Travel & Lodging Travel is required for this opportunity. Project assignments may require contractors to work away from their home area for extended periods, potentially up to 6 months. Project lodging may be available for traveling contractors. Any lodging arrangement, including the contractor's responsibility for lodging costs and the manner in which those costs are handled, will be disclosed and agreed upon as part of the applicable contractor agreement before the assignment begins. Contractors should review and agree to all applicable travel and lodging terms before accepting an assignment. Tools & Equipment Contractors are welcome to use their own appropriate tools and equipment. Project equipment may be available for contractors who do not have all required equipment , subject to project/client requirements and availability. Specific tool and equipment requirements will be communicated during the onboarding process. 1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , not a W-2 employment position. Contractors are responsible for maintaining any required business registrations, licenses, insurance, taxes, and other obligations applicable to their independent business and the services being provided. Contractors must maintain the insurance coverage required by the client/project and provide documentation upon request. Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates based on project requirements and experience. Why Apply?
