This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving technical problems, and being part of a team that delivers results. What You'll Do Install and test fiber optic, CATV, and structured cabling systems Perform fiber splicing, terminations, and labeling Support aerial and underground cable installations Use tools such as OTDRs and power meters Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Read and follow blueprints and job specifications Complete accurate documentation and reporting Follow all safety standards and procedures Work closely with field teams and supervisors Requirements 1-3 years of cable installation or related field experience Experience with fiber optics and structured cabling Ability to read technical drawings Valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding environments

Preferred:
