In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems across various commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of critical communication, security, and data infrastructure. Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including CCTV, access control, fiber optic cabling, VoIP telephony, Ethernet networks, and other related items Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately execute installations and repairs Perform fiber splicing and cable management using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal connectivity and performance Conduct network installation tasks involving Cat6 and Cat6A cabling, Cisco routers, Juniper equipment, and LAN configurations Provide field service support by responding promptly to service calls, performing repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including logs, repairs, and system configurations Ensure all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes while delivering excellent customer service Experience Ability to use hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, drills along with power tools for installation tasks Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team membersJoin us as a Low Voltage Technician if you're eager to develop your skills in cutting-edge communication systems while delivering outstanding service.
