Cable Assembly QC Technician High Mix Manufacturing

About Us NPI Technologies is a high-mix, quick-turn electronics manufacturer specializing in cable assemblies, PCB assemblies, and electromechanical builds. We pride ourselves on communication, responsiveness, and delivering for our customers. We are looking for a hands-on Quality Control Technician to help strengthen and build our cable and assembly quality processes. Key Responsibilities Perform in-process and final inspections on: Cable assemblies (IPC/WHMA-A-620) PCB subassemblies Electromechanical builds Interpret customer drawings, BOMs, and workmanship standards Identify, document, and stop defects before shipment Track defects, recurring issues, and quality trends Collaborate with production leads to resolve issues and improve processes Support operator training and reinforce quality standards Qualifications 2-5+ years in quality inspection (cable assembly preferred) Experience with

IPC/WHMA-A-620

(certification a plus) Strong visual inspection and attention to detail Ability to read drawings and work instructions Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-mix environment Confident communicator who upholds quality standards Bonus Skills Bilingual (Vietnamese/English) Experience in high-mix manufacturing Why This Role Matters This is not just an inspection role.
